NOURISH was created with the strong desire to extend total body care to both my loyal clients and newly reached individuals seeking change. Starting with a career in the cosmetics industry providing skin care consulting and makeup artistry services over 10 years ago, I eventually realized that in order to provide professional, one on one care without the restrictions and protocols of big name companies, I would need to branch off and create a safe space to practice these specialties.

GREAT spot! I was in from out of town and by miracle got a last minute appointment. Wonderful area and nice facilities. Erika was so lovely and made me feel at ease and worked out all my travel kinks! Highly recommend- wish I lived in the area to go again!

Erika has the sweetest personality, friendly, respectful and professional.My 1st session I was hooked I finally found someone who gives a deep tissue massage ! I loved every minute of my session!I made an appointment for the next week and booked a 2 hour session! I can’t wait for my next one ! I highly recommend booking with her🤍

Erica is an AMAZING massage therapist. She is professional and her space is clean and comfortable. She knows the exact spots to hit to help you release any of the tension you’re carrying and uses the perfect amount of pressure. She’ll give you exactly what you need. Hello! I’m Erika, dual licensed Esthetician and Massage & Bodywork Therapist. NC LMBT 19124. I am excited to contribute to a community where Massage Therapy is not seen as just a luxury in some cases, but instead realized for the clinical results producing effects that soft tissue manipulation has on the vitality and functionality of the
human body.

With the never ending passion to find more ways to be a part of the journey to improve skin and musculoskeletal health, I found Massage Therapy to be a natural extension to the foundation I was already connected with for so many years; Improving wellness through human touch, combined with specific methods and/or products to increase efficacy.
